This system is the core component of the entire AGV information system, responsible for managing and scheduling AGVs, providing necessary data to views, and driving third-party plugins to interface with third-party device software.
Path planning:
Using the universal breadth first Bellman Ford algorithm to calculate the shortest path, dynamic weights are used to guide AGV to perform dynamic path transformation and quickly find the shortest path according to the actual situation.
Traffic control:
This system is based on dynamic path planning algorithms and has derived predictive traffic control. Based on path planning, allocate and lock the path lines along the way, anticipate traffic problems in advance, and change the path strategy. Traffic control does not manage the start, stop, and speed of AGVs.
MQTT communication:
The MQTT standard protocol is used between the system manager and AGV. MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) is an instant messaging protocol developed by IBM. This protocol supports all platforms and can connect almost all connected items with the outside world. It is used as a communication protocol for sensors and actuators, making it very suitable for AGVs.


Overview:
TMS, also known as Transport Task Mask Management System, is mainly responsible for managing the information of transportation requirements for material retrieval and feeding, standardizing task information, and converting task requirements into scheduling instructions to be sent to the AGV comprehensive management system to achieve the purpose of scheduling vehicle execution tasks.
Main function:
Task management
The docking of various devices, including material boxes, rolling equipment, edge machine equipment, optoelectronic equipment, stereo libraries, third-party software interfaces (MESERP, WCS, WMS), etc. The docking methods can be: HTTP (Webservice, WCF), TCP/IP (Socket), serial ports (Modbus, Host Link), databases (SQLServer, MySql, Oracle, etc.).

The material calling system is an indispensable part of the industrial manufacturing field. This system, together with the central control system and AGV, can achieve truly unmanned handling in production and logistics. The system interface is friendly and can realize manual material calling switching functions according to customer actual needs.
