Shunli AGV intelligent control system is a system that simultaneously monitors, controls, and schedules multiple AGVs in real-time. Users can obtain real-time information about the equipment status, location, and working conditions of each online AGV from the system interface, and can also automatically or manually call idle AGVs for task allocation. This system combines practical on-site applications of industrial production logistics distribution automation, with a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interface and open menu management, making it more convenient for customers to apply.
1. Traffic control function, which can effectively avoid AGV "collision" behavior at intersections or turns when multiple AGVs are running.
2. Real time AGV dynamic monitoring, including AGV operation status, location information, alarm information, utilization rate, etc
3. Online remote control function, capable of real-time remote control of various state parameters of AGV. In addition, the control system software has reserved powerful functions for interfacing with customer systems.
4. It can be integrated with MES, WMS, WCS and other systems to exchange all AGV data with external systems.

Software Overview:
Vehicle Control Software, as the name suggests, is a software that controls the movement of a vehicle.
Main unit modules:
● Interact with MCU units and send various motion commands.
● Interact with the upper computer (AGV comprehensive management system), receive scheduling tasks and traffic management signals, and report various equipment data information of the vehicle in real time.
● Set various parameter values for the vehicle, including various sensors, drive units, control boards, sound control devices, parameters for MCU, DIU interfaces, etc
● The serial communication unit realizes interaction with the MCU, and the network communication unit realizes interface communication with the upper computer.
