Information Management

1. The WMS system can obtain basic user information, basic material information, supplier information, customer information, etc. through data interfaces, Excel spreadsheets, manual input, etc., and unify the management of relevant basic data for easy query, addition, and processing. 

2. The WMS system can obtain warehouse information, bin information, pallet information, etc. through barcode technology, manual input, etc., and intelligently control material inbound and outbound actions.

Warehousing management

Inventory management includes daily operations for all inventory behaviors, with two versions of operation interfaces (PC, PDA), mainly including inventory document management, inventory disk allocation, inventory task management, and empty disk inventory.

Outbound management includes daily operations for all outbound behaviors, with two versions of operation interfaces (PC, PDA), mainly including outbound document management, outbound disk allocation, outbound task management, empty disk outbound, and outbound viewing.

Inventory management

1. The WMS system provides intelligent, flexible and diverse inventory solutions (regular inventory, designated material inventory), combined with various measurement methods (such as counting tolerance method, absolute difference method, amount inventory surplus and deficit offset method, etc.) to improve the accuracy of inventory data;

2. Use a mobile handheld terminal PDA for inventory, automatically generate inventory reports, and perform inventory gain and loss balancing operations in the WMS system. The system automatically interfaces with ERP to update data, resulting in higher inventory efficiency;

3. The WMS system can easily and clearly understand the storage status of the warehouse through intuitive warehouse maps.

Statistical query

Statistical queries mainly include: inventory details query, inventory statistics query, inventory journal query, inbound and outbound summary statistics query, system log query, and location statistics query.

Data interface module:

1. WMS seamlessly integrates with ERP systems such as SAP, Kingdee, and UFIDA to achieve real-time data exchange; 

2. All material transaction records can be automated through seamless integration with ERP to complete all material transaction operations; 

3. Ensure consistency between physical objects and accounts through real-time data collection to improve the operational efficiency of ERP; 

4. Through real-time data collection and ERP delivery, the warehouse operation efficiency is greatly improved, data accuracy is enhanced, and personnel configuration is reduced; 

5. The WMS system can seamlessly integrate with the customer's existing production management system (MES) to achieve real-time sharing of production data; 

6. WMS can be connected to most inspection equipment through online functional modules, improving the speed of IQC material inspection, automatically generating inspection data reports, eliminating paper-based reports, and achieving paperless operations.
