The Shunli DPS electronic tag picking system is a set of electronic tag devices installed on shelf storage positions. Through computer and software control, it uses light signals and digital displays as auxiliary tools to guide picking personnel to complete picking work correctly, quickly, and easily. The DPS picking system can flexibly control the picking process and monitor the picking status on site in real time. All electronic tag components are connected to the controller, which is connected to the switch of the DPS dedicated network (independent network segment). The DPS control computer has dual network cards, with one end connected to the switch of the DPS dedicated network and the other end connected to the network for communication with WMS.
3. The picking strategy of DPS picking system is divided into picking and sowing types:
Seeding system(Put-to-Light)
A system that uses electronic tags to implement seeding based sorting and outbound. The storage space in DPS represents each customer (various stores, production lines, etc.), and each storage space is equipped with an electronic tag. The operator first enters the information of the goods to be sorted into the system through barcode scanning. The electronic tag where the customer's sorting position is located will light up, emit a beep, and display the quantity of goods required for that position. The sorter can quickly sort the goods based on this information.
